GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL
Any order placed on the ladybutterfly.biz website implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. These cannot be modified by the customer, whether by email or purchase order.
By submitting the electronic order form and paying for it in advance, the customer places a firm and final order. Any modifications will only be considered on the basis of a new order from the customer.
ARTICLE 2 - DELIVERY
2.1 - Delivery conditions
The delivery times indicated on the order form are for information only. Any delay cannot justify cancellation of the order, nor a request for damages.

The items are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. When the customer orders several items at the same time, with different delivery times, the default delivery time chosen is the longest. The contribution to the delivery costs of several Artworks is calculated on the basis of a single, grouped shipment.
In the case of payment by credit card, the order is taken into account immediately.
2.2 - Conformity of items.
ladybutterfly.biz agrees to exchange items if, due to a factual error, they do not correspond to the order. The request must be made and justified within seven working days of delivery. Any complaint made outside this period cannot be accepted. The items must be returned to ladybutterfly.biz in the condition in which they were received, in their original packaging, with all packaging and protection elements.
The costs of return delivery for all territories are the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or damaged by the customer (fingerprints, stains of any kind, even slight bending) will not be accepted or refunded.
2.3. Delivery costs.
Packaging, transport and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 3 - RETENTION OF TITLE
Any item sold remains the property of ladybutterfly.biz until full payment of its principal price, interest and costs (including finishing and shipping).
ARTICLE 4 - TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
The transfer of ownership to the customer takes place upon receipt of the items at the specified delivery address.
It is therefore essential that the customer validates both the conformity of the order and the perfect condition of the items upon delivery.
If necessary, any reservation as to the condition of the items after transport will be stipulated in writing to the carrier at the time of delivery, and brought to the attention of ladybutterfly.biz within 24 hours of the time of delivery.
ARTICLE 5 - PRICE
The prices of the items indicated on the ladybutterfly.biz website are inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery prices. Customs fees may be charged in addition to the price displayed on the website. ladybutterfly.biz cannot be held responsible for costs relating to customs fees.
All orders are invoiced and payable in EUR €.
ARTICLE 6 - AVAILABILITY
The availability of items and prices are constantly updated on the site. The item in question may remain on the site in order to maintain the overall perception of the offer proposed by the seller on the ladybutterfly.biz site.
ARTICLE 7 - ORDER CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL
ladybutterfly.biz agrees to send the customer an email or SMS confirming all the elements of their order before shipping it.
ARTICLE 8 - PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The ordered items are payable in full, including tax, at the time of ordering:
• By credit card, via Paypal or Stripe, directly via the ladybutterfly.biz website,
• By Apple Pay, via Stripe, directly via the ladybutterfly.biz website.
ARTICLE 9 - WITHDRAWAL
The customer has a period of 7 working days from receipt of the order confirmation email to withdraw. They must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, stating their desire to withdraw, to the following address:

In the event of payment by Paypal or Stripe, the amounts received will be refunded to them, less the costs allocated.
